Quality Control

QA/QC Introduction

In-house check by our own inspectors ensures quality conrol. Our QC inspectors are sent to the factory to check the products are made to specifications.

There're Incoming quality control, In-process quality control, Final quality control, work out SOP up to 6 sigma Quality Control Method. During QC inspections, we check the products' noise, durability, product smoothness, lifecycle, and voltage-current.

Test Equipment and Facilities

Description:Aging Test is Divided into components aging and whole machinery aging. New products in particular, it is necessary to test new components or the whole performance, a higher aging indicators. Aging test make the flaw of products be exposed before shipment, such as the reliability of solder joints, the defects of product design, materials and processes; aging test let the products quality into stable status, then be shipment, to reduce the Repare Rate.
